Admissions to our school is controlled by Rotherham Local Authority. Our standard intake into Foundation Stage is 60.

Below you can find out how each year group is organised within school.

Early Years Foundation Stage

We have 2 classes of children in Early Years Foundation Stage 2 - Sunflower & Buttercup Classes and 1 class in Early Years Foundation Stage 1 - Daisy.  These are the youngest children in school and because the children join us from over 20 settings, we keep the class sizes to approximately 26.

Children follow the EYFS Curriculum and their learning is based upon 3 exciting and varied themes through the year, as well as developing ideas based upon the children's interests.

Key Stage 1

  • We have 2 classes of children in Year 1 - Poppy & Snowdrop Classes.
  • We have 3 classes of children in Year 2 - Rose, Bluebell & Tulip Classes.

Children follow the National Curriculum and their learning is based upon 3 exciting and varied themes through the year.
